This massager is NOT SAFE. I received mine yesterday and when I tell you it's PAINFUL 😣 believe me..My first time using it was the same day that it was delivered.anyway back to your product being PAINFUL, it left a blister on both sides of the back of my neck.. I'll NEVER order this product again but I will continue to order OTHER items from Markabu..smh . I don't even want to give this contraption ANY stars but is forced to at least give it one star in order to submit 🙄 but in all reality I'm giving this 0 stars
